I would be ANNE CURTIS...why?

coz she has this spunk, this out of the box attitude that I really really like.
She can be as sweet as candy and vampy like a fox.
I also think that she has very good command of her communication skills just like me :), and is very much willing to explore new avenues in her life.

On the other hand, I adore her more because despite of the heartaches failures and problems that came & come along her way, she continuously strive for excellence on what she does.
I also think she has a very good sense of humor but not the slapstick kind though.

I also think she is sexy in a respectable way. And that's how I wanna be perceived b people.
so there you go... I am the male ANNE CURTIS :p.haha.

HERE is a photo of her at the first PHILIPPINE Fashion Ball wearing a Rajo Laurel creation:

Honestly I think Bb. PILIPINAS right now has very beautiful candidates... and it's hard to pick who will win at the moment... but hey disqualifying a candidate particularly that of Grendel Alvarado because of a previous topless model shoot.... that's BS. I think a nude shoot done with class and artistry is not a sin.

Last year Miss Universe 2010 org even had some candidates pose topless for their publicity pics such as that of Ms. Trinidad and Tobago.

My heart aches for Grendel Alvarado.
this is also how i felt when they tried to dethrone Venus Raj last year but eventually was able to redeem her crown because of her strong fighting spirit, (which by the way lead our country to be one of the front runner in the Miss Universe 2010 pageant. she took the 4th runner up place)

Well..dont worry Grendel, Im always a firm believer in KARMA.
just stay good and the world will help you succeed. maybe not in Bb Pilipinas...
i know that all good and just people deserves a reward from heaven.

Here's the twitter screenshots of Grendel and i totally agree.

and if topless is an issue check one of the few topless publicity pics of Miss Universe 2010 (Trinidad and Tobago). so I dont really see the point of the "conservative issue" here...

Well, there you go...

you are now paying for your gluttony last Holiday season (Christmas and New Year food fest)
The extra pounds is now there to stay. (kidding!)
(Bakit kc minsan ang sarap lumamon tapos matulog na lang after.)

So you have that extra bulges lying around your tummy, arms, ass and everywhere ?
No need to worries, I'm gonna give you simple practical tips to still look fuckin good even
on the rubinesque voluptous plus size status.

As a photographer, I also do a lot of styling, so I am a pro at making people look great.
here are some tips to look 10 pounds thinner instantly without exercise!

1. Be YOURSELF. notice how girls with confidence appear so bright and beautiful. Because people will only like you if you only like yourself. Be forgiving of your flaws, no one is perfect. Kahit si Lucy Torres malaki noo pero shes damn fine coz she emits confidence and grace.

2. Wear slimming clothes. Dark colors are good, like black, dark blue, dark red, brown, dark grey etc. Vertical lines also create illusion of being slimmer. Avoid big patterns and shiny fabric. Low necklines are also great to elongate the neck

3. Proportion your clothes to your size. Wag na ipilit ang small pag large ka. You'd only look stuffed if you wear too little clothes for your size. ON the other hand , do not wear too large and bulky clothes

4. Wear big accessories. Big earrings, big long necklaces (avoid chokers because it hides your neck) big bags, they all make you look smaller (the logic behind there is...di ba kapag itinabi ka sa mas malaki sa yo muka kang lumiliit?)

5. Wear clothes that already has sexy shapes. Look for the kind of clothes that has lines and cut that is hour glass, Corset's are nice too.

6. If your gonna be at the beach this summer...try a swimsuit that has a nice cut, is dark and has lots of pattern, coz patterns will distract the eyes from the bulges. A sarong is nice & fashionable too.

7. Have a nice tan. A nice tan makes u look healthier and instantly thinner. try the fake tan treatments at BELO to avoid the damaging effects of the sun. Pag maxado kang white and pink you'd look like a pig.

8. Have a niceHaircut. Try long layered hairstyle( for women) , short hair only makes full sized women chubbier, for men, its different, try the cropped look, make sure your hair at the sides is thin and me spikes. it mellows the roundness of your face.

9. Wear heels. the higher the better for obvious reasons it makes your legs look longer.

10. Stand up straight. Do not slouch. It gives you an air of confidence plus your posture looks much better.

11. Learn how to contour your face when doing your makeup. Try putting on bronzer on the hollows of your cheeks and jawline and lower chin area to make your face look thinner. (pde ren sa guys to just use a darker foundation and blend well)
Enhance your eyes and lips so that the attention goes there.

There you go, This will make you LOOK instantly thinner, but hey it is no substitute for a healthy living and good exercise. So please eat healthy and move your ASS!

unless you have Shallow Hal as a boyfriend! :)

Lots of people say that that the hair is your crowning glory.

I do agree with that. Because the health of your hair also shows how much you
take care of yourself. Even if you are a man or a woman no matter what your age is,it's essential to put your best face forward. Sometimes me mga taong di masyado maganda pero nadadala na ren ng magandang buhok di ba.

So today , magpakakikay muna tayo my dear readers, I am gonna share you some simple tips on how to make your hair healthier and gorgeous and add 1000 pogi/ganda points to you.

These are my own tips that I apply to myself;

1.Eat healthy foods. Its basic, foods rich in proteins and vitamins are good for the hair (lean meat, poultry, fruits and vegetables)

2.Exercise. Well..I'm not really a fan of the gym. But there are many ways to exercise without you even knowing, like playing with your dogs, playing with the kids in your house or neighborhood, window shopping at the mall, biking, etc... these are enjoyable but not too pressuring...haha.

3.Clean your hair well. Anything that is dirty is prone to bacterias and stuff. So shampoo your hair everyday. And gently massage your scalp while your at it to promote blood circulation. Use different kinds of shampoos, a mild shampoo for regular everyday use (i recommend Johnson's baby shampoo), then anti dandruff shampoo for days that you are exposed to the harsh elements (try Clear anti dandruff shampoo),then an expensive fragrant shampoo for special days or night outs with your date (i love BVLGARI shampoo). Wash and rinse with cool water coz hot water makes your hair fall off..(thats what the people from Belo advise)

4. Conditioning and Hair treatments. NO need to do it everyday, Our hair naturally has oils to condition it. So you can opt to condition your hair at least once a week.Use conditioner with vitamins on it to make hair healthier (Try Pantene conditioner)

5. Do not use hair dryer and irons too much, if you use a hair dryer try to use the cool setting.
or just use the electric fan. When using a hair towel,to dry off hair be gentle too.

6. Brush hair gently. Use of soft bristle brush that massages your scalp well too... There's a lot out there that is not too expensive. there is this brand i like i bought in SM- Panini. Its been with me for 3 years now and its still working well. but any brand would do.

7. Have a regular trim. Yeah trim the hair at least every 2 months to cut off the old part and split ends.

8. Drink lots of water. Our body is made up of 75% water (or is it 78% ? 84%?). shocks i totally forgot but what i remember was majority of our cells is composed of water. So to have healthy cells drink clean water, coz it will also cleanse your internal system which is not only good for the hair but your whole body too...

9. Just love your hair, like your gf or bf...matampuhin yan. pag d mo inalagaan naglalayas. :)

So there are my simple hair care tips, believe me it works.!

and with that i leave you with one of my favorite song that warms the heart with a vid that is soooo cute...
(i think the singer here needs to follow my hair tips jowk)

I like watching Philippine beauty pageants especially the most popular Bb. Pilipinas because of their beautiful candidates from different regions in our country.
But aside from that I also like it more because of the intrigues, the booboos, funny moments and the hoola baloos
that also goes with it.

Let's face it(even if we don't blatantly admit :P) As humans we feel good when this supposed to be perfect example of beauty, grace and elegance flop sometimes, because at least then we know they are still our kind.lolz.I would like to watch the grand finals (kaso la ako kasama pa.)

ON THE OTHER HAND, i think the area we need to enhance is how our candidates should answer with wits and confidence.

Also cosmetic enhancement is not a bad thing, whether
its surgical or non surgical, coz let's be real here, it's a beauty pageant after all, BEAUTY comes first. so however the means to be beautiful , i must say GO FOR IT GURL!you are in a CONTEST! DO EVERYTHING TO GET AHEAD.
and also to BB Pilipinas Org., i also would like to comment, please send our repz with
great clothes & beauty stylists, sometimes what they wear look outdated specially their gowns...
there are so many great FILIPINO designers out there who could help or perhaps sponsor

look at what INES LIGRON , Director of MISS UNIVERSE JAPAN is doing, she ties up
with fab designers/brands for her JAPAN beauty queens to wear (a smart move i must say, because its a WIN-WIN situation for the brand and the gurl rep right?)

and for their pix, hey there is always the great creative photographer TAMI BALLESTEROS TO COUNT ON!

check out some entertaining vidz of the pageant:

GLORIA DIAZ' simple yet, brilliant answer, bagged the title for the philippines :)thats what u call a witz. (fresh pa sya sa video at d pa masyado malaki noo)

"I guess since he has been in the moon so long he would enjoy anything that an ordinary man would."

AND WHO COULD FORGET MY SENTIMENTAL FAVE VENUS RAJ?
hayy if only she could have given an anwer less lame than that, i think she would have won Ms. Universe 2010.She's just so pretty...:)

WHO IS THE NEXT MAJOR MAJOR WINNER of the title.let's see soon. (I'll watch it live this year :). Miss Araneta i'd be waiting for my VIP invites ok? :P

What's with the girls of Venezuela that they keep on winning the Olympics of Beauty Pageants - Miss Universe. It is a back to back win for Venzuela for 2008 and 2009, the crowns were won by Dayana Mendoza and Stefania Fernandez respectively...Great huh?

On the other hand, the Philippines hasn't been in the top 15 since 2000. (please correct me if I'm wrong). Lat time I believe was when Miriam Quiambao almost snatched the crown by being the 1st runner up...But who remember runner ups???...My 2 cents thought about it? I think Philippine's reps lacks training and support from their National Directors...although they are beautiful, the overall packaging is not complete...Just like in sports Olympics, everything should be near perfect, the body, the makeup, the clothes, the walk, hands, hair, hips, eyes, eyelashes, lips, the promotional pictures, press publicity, the way the girl talks... etc...

If I were the National Director for Miss Philippines , I would choose a representative at least a year away from the International Pageant, to give time to practice and polish every aspect of her. Have her enhanced through cosmetic surgery if needed...Let's face it. It's a beauty pageant and it is still an entertainment show.

Inner & natural beauty is good, but for this kind of race Outer beauty is essential to lead the pack.We are not looking for the next Mother Teresa here aint we?

Good day everyone. Today I'm gonna share my secrets on how to feel and look sexy. Here are some KOKO Superstar tips you could do:

●Bluff it until it's real

You know some people that they practice something until it becomes real? Like if you wanna be a model, you try to pose and pose, take pictures of yourself, exercise, learn makeup and so on and so forth--and eventually it becomes real. Same goes for being sexy.

●Ditch the loser mannerisms. Do not slouch, walk confident, do not be afraid to look at people and smile at them, do not bite your nails while talking...Do not fidget and stutter when talking... hmmm as for me? what I do is pretend that I'm a toothpaste model everyday. :P. try it! it works.

● Have that winner stance. If you project confidence and self assurance, people will react to you more positively, look at Victoria Secret models for example, they wouldn't be that hot if they did not stand up , walk and pose confidently. I have this friend , and before she walks out of the house, she looks in the mirror and pretend she just won a beauty pageant with matching attitude with the shocking face and tears and thanking everyone (you can skip the teary part if you wear mascara..lolz)

● Try new things, especially clothes... If you dress well you are reinforcing and saying to your body that it deserves great care because it's beautifu and soon enough it will believe you and mold itself to become one. Do not be afraid to experiment once in a while. Dont ever think that just because you do not have a mannequin figure, you cant try new and more stylish clothes on. It's all about the proper mindset. Sexiness comes in different forms and sizes!

● Be sexy on the inside. Literally. Throw away your granny panties or "ala bacon" gartered undies, even if your at home, buy yourself new ones, choose nice quality and invest in branded undies once in a while, because....you never know when you will have a love making session, its embarassing to see old and tattered undies..it's not sexy.haha.

● Have good photographs of you. Yep,I mean those glamorous pictures of you where you are looking great. Why? because everytime you stare at it, you condition your mind that the person in the picture is sexy and beautiful. Try a good photographer, who really knows how to feel and look sexy, ehemmm, ehemmmm. Check my photography site and see what I mean http://kokostyleproductions.multiply.com.

I hope these tips help my you fellow superstars, I know they will...don't forget to write to me if they work ok??? and share some how to be sexy tips too.!!! have a great day sexy.:)

I just find this video very useful to those who wants to sport the Lady gaga look . It can be done by anyone. haha.Enjoy!!!

Imagine what your life will be when you know you want to seek dental treatment but are very afraid to go to a dentist, brought about by past traumatic experiences or from stories you’ve heard from other people. This condition is called dentophobia
The symptoms of detophobia or the fear of dentists include breathlessness, dizziness, excessive sweating, nausea, dry mouth, feeling sick, shaking, heart palpitation, inability to speak or think clearly, a fear of dying, becoming mad or losing control, a sensational detachment from reality or a full blown anxiety attack.

I also had this phobia before, plus ugly crooked stained teeth,it was a hard task for me to smile, because I was embarasses with my teeth, so i decided to take action and went to Estetico Manila..I knew it will be tough but I overcame my fears, after going to Estetico Manila to have my teeth straightened and whitened, I am no longer afraid of going to the Dentist's clinic. It's because they provide the best service while keeping you relaxed. Their clinic has a very cool and relaxing ambiance. You can also request your type of music to make you feel good.

Because of them I have a better smile, more confident and ready to face the world!!! And you can have it too. Overcome your fears and have a brighter smile and brighter future.

Japan's representative to the Miss Universe 2009 is Emiri Miyasaka, and she's pretty. Here are her pics sent by her country's pageant director (Ines Ligron) sent to the Miss Universe Organization which caused quite a stir in all kinds of media. According to Ms. Ligron it was intended to look that way to create talks in the media and not stereotype beauty pageants, She thinks that part of the magic of the contests are those who break off the mold and bring new definition of beauty such as what designers Junya Watanabe, Yoji Yamamto, Issey Miyake, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Cavalli and Dolce & Gabanna do.I myself think this is cool!!! Something to watch out for...

Everyone wants to look good, and sometimes we have to go under the knife to look better, or enhance our looks, but too bad for some people, they are victimized by quack doctors

Singer Selina Sevilla a filipina singer ,of the “Nilunok Kong Lahat” song fame ,lodged a complaint at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against an alleged fake doctor whom she said conducted a butt augmentation procedure on her which is now causing her severe pain.Apparently this doctor injected silicone oil on her butt...11 years after it looks nasty and is infected, she is bound for a series of operation to have it look better. tsk tsk

so for those deciding to have their beauty enhanced , whether it's your butt or other parts of your body, go to a certified plastic surgeon. Try Estetico Manila. I go there and I know they have the best doctors , dermatologists and aesthetic dentists.

you only have one body, take care of it.

"Many people today are too busy making a living that they don’t have time to make a life. "... It's quite ironic that there are a lot of people too drowned on their works and they say that they do this to have a better life, but on the contrary they just make things even worse...because they are setting themselves away from the people who care for them..

Even if you have a career, as long as you know how to balance your schedule and communicate well with your loved ones, there will always be time for them...it doesn't need to be a long time, what matter is the quality of the moments you have shared together...

so go on.. give your loved ones a call, when it's your rest day from work, spend time with your family instead of going to clubs and be drunk, play with your kids instead of gambling...share a laugh or two with them...

make your job work for you and not you working your years away for your job.

Nobody likes being criticised but, unfortunately it is a fact of life.I for myself is subject to a lot of criticisms espedially in the profession that I am in. To be able to respond to criticism with nobility and detachment is an important life skill, which few people have. If we respond to criticism without careful consideration, it can easily lead to unnecessary suffering.

1. What Can I Learn from Criticism?

Most criticism is probably based, at least in part, on some truths. Criticism may appear negative. But, through criticism we have the opportunity to learn and improve from their suggestions.

2. Respond to the suggestions not the tone of the criticism.

The problem is that people may make valuable critical suggestions. However, there tone and style of criticism means that we respond not to the suggestions but remember there confrontational manner. In this respect we need to separate the criticism from the style of criticism. Even if people speak in a tone of anger, we should try to detach their emotion from the useful suggestions which lie underneath.

3. Value criticism.

The problems is that quite often, we only value praise. When people speak kind words we feel happy. When people criticise we feel miserable. However, if we only received insincere praise and false flattery, how would we ever make progress? If we wish to improve and develop we should invite constructive criticism and appreciate their suggestions.

4. Don’t take it personally.

This is often the biggest problem which occurs with regard to criticism. If I criticise my Mother’s cooking, she feels personally offended. But, it is a mistake to identify ourselves with an apple pie. Somebody may find good reasons why our cooking is bad; but, this does not mean they are criticising ourselves. When people criticise us directly, we should feel they are not criticising our real self; but, just an unillumined aspect of ourselves. When we criticise others, we are perhaps criticising their pride or jealousy; but, the jealousy is a mere passing emotion, it is not the real person.

5. Ignore False Criticism.
Sometimes we are criticised with no justification. This is a painful experience. But, potentially we can deal with it more easily than criticism which is justified. One option is to remain aloof and ignore it completely. We should feel that false criticism is as insignificant as an ant trying to harm an elephant. If we remain silent and detached the criticism is given no energy. If we feel the necessity of fighting it - in a way, we give it more importance than it deserves. By remaining silent we maintain a dignity that others will come to respect.

6. Don’t Respond Immediately

It is best to wait a little before responding. If we respond with feelings of anger or injured pride we will soon regret it. If we wait patiently it can enable us to reflect in a calmer way.

7. Smile

Smiling, even a false smile, can helps us to relax more. It creates a more positive vibration and smoothes the situation. It will definitely help psychologically. Smiling will motivate the other person to moderate their approach.

But amidst all the criticisms, I am just thankful for my family and friends who still loved me whoever I am at the moment,

and more importantly, the criticism that you should really take is the one that your heart makes, you are the only one who really know who you are.People may say whatever they want but at the end of day, just be thankful because you have been noticed, Confucious once said "It's the beautiful bird that gets caged"....

Dear Superstars,
