NO bake cheesecake

I love cheesecakes but I hate the hassle of baking, here is an easy way to fool your family and friends that u made a gourmet cheesecake!!! substitute the Neufchadel Cheese with your ordinary creamcheese blocks and the cool whip with nestle cream. and it works just fine!!!! yum

i love making cheesecake... the process is quite involved and does take some time; but good things come to those who wait... truth be told, the last i baked one was like two years ago.

the real no bake cheesecake is the "buy from the store" cheesecake...Hehehehehehehe!!!
