Singer Selina Sevilla a filipina singer ,of the “Nilunok Kong Lahat” song fame ,lodged a complaint at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against an alleged fake doctor whom she said conducted a butt augmentation procedure on her which is now causing her severe pain.Apparently this doctor injected silicone oil on her butt...11 years after it looks nasty and is infected, she is bound for a series of operation to have it look better. tsk tsk
